Advanced Resource Managers (ARM) began when co-founder, Jacob Canter, decided to establish a recruitment business that was different from every other in the market. His research revealed that a lot of people felt they experienced poor service from most recruiters. Jacob wanted to change this. It was with this ideal that ARM was born. They have enabled customers to innovate products, expand overseas, deliver business-critical contracts, win awards, and survive through recessions. ARM is part of Serocor. The benefit of having a larger group behind them is that everyone they work with can tap into a complete range of talent solutions, fully supported by expert back-office services. When it comes to talent management, ARM and Serocor have every angle covered.
Stoqd helped ARM with a fresh new build of their website which helps applicants land jobs. This project was based on the UK version of the site but customized to fit the North American division’s needs. There was a bit of troubleshooting involved and some phone calls between the development teams on the job board side and Stoqd, but through proper communication, the job was able to be completed to Advanced’s wants and needs. The ARM team wanted a clean site that was powerful, effective, and secure. Now they will be able to market all the industries in which they recruit, collect application information, and keep it all organized for the future. This was a fun project that took about 5 months to complete.
