Chesapeake Homes is owned by Todd Walker, and has been building custom modular homes in the state of Virginia since 1977. They believe in and stand behind building the best-manufactured homes possible. At their design center in Chesapeake, Virginia they work with clients on a personal basis to ensure that their customers get the home and options they want on time, on budget, and without compromising quality – hence their company motto: “Quality Without Compromise.”
